Infection:
The virus gats on your PC via Email. The infectionmail looks like
that:
Subject: Fantastic Screensaver
Text: Hello my friend !
Attached is my newest and funniest Screensaver, I named it
MeltingScreen. Test it and tell me what you think.
Have a nice day my friend.
p.s.: Please install the Runtime Library for VB 5.0, before you run
the ScreenSaver.

The attachment is a 18 KB EXE-file, which can be named
"MeltingScreen.EXE" or "Win32 PE.EXE". It is written
in Visual Basic.
Payload:
If the attached file is executed, the virus starts to rename all
.EXE-files in the windows-directory into .BIN-files. He sends the above
Email to everyone in your Outlook adressbook and after this happens, what
the virus gave him the name: The screen melts, i.e. the desktop graphic
runs down on the screen.
Remarks:
The virus has a bug, so that the PC can freeze when the screen 'melts'.
